Job brief: We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Responsibilities: Present, promote and sell products/ services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers, Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs, Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships, Reach potential customers through cold calling, Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction, Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule, Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments, Analyze the territory/ market’s potential, track sales and status reports, Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services, Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends, Continuously improve through feedback. Professional level experience in a sales environment; proven record of meeting sales goals/quotas. Candidates will be asked to demonstrate record (can be through references, etc.)A minimum of 4-5 years of professional and related field experience.Proven track record in meeting performance objectivesStrong oral and written communication skills are required, as well as basic technical support knowledge and computer skills backgroundEffective listener and understanding customer expectationsAbility to quickly establish rapport with Clients in a way that allows for a comfortable consultation.Ability to work remotely, reaching international customer baseShows/practices a commitment to ethical conduct.Works well under pressure and does not waiver in working as a team.Internet savvy to research customer detailsAvailability to work a flexible scheduleFluent in English and Spanish, both speaking and writing.Candidate meeting all of the criteria above, please reply to this post with a current copy of your resume and a cover letter in English to demonstrate your written skills.
